Vladyslav Chernyk

Life and Ministry

Vladislav Chernyk was born on March 18, 1975, in the city of Luhansk, Ukraine. He was raised in a secular family and was not acquainted with Christ until the age of 18. In 1993, Vladislav personally encountered Christ through reading the Gospel, which was given to him by a friend. On November 1 of the same year, he entered into a covenant with the Lord through holy water baptism.

On May 15, 2005, Vladislav was ordained as a herald minister, and a year later, he was chosen by the brethren to serve in pastoral ministry in the Second Luhansk Church. For 9 years, he was the responsible pastor, building and nurturing the church.

In 2015, Vladislav, along with his family, immigrated to the USA, California, Sacramento. Here, he joined the Baptist Bible Church, where he serves as a pastor and is also responsible for the family department.

Personal

God has blessed Vladislav and his wife Valentina with four daughters and one son. The whole family serves God. In his free time, Vladislav enjoys fishing.

1. "Jesus, Our Destiny": In this book, Wilhelm Bush thoroughly explores the theme of Jesus Christ.

2. "Stand Alone": In this book, Stuart Olyott, using the example of Daniel, shows how a Christian can become a victor in this world. It is highly recommended for young Christians.

The Four Gospels because they bear witness to Jesus Christ and His life.
